For us, this year has been even more challenging due to the approval of the Digital Assets Law. This law regulates a new Andorran legal framework on blockchain and crypto assets. The law regulates key aspects of the licence requirements, Andorran financial authority, Capital gains and personal income tax treatment of transactions with tokens or crypto-assets.
